The fifth partners meeting of Linkyou project partners was held at Austral University, Buenos Aires, from 30th to 31st of October 2018.

The Linkyou project seeks to launch in Latin America the Challenge Academy platform, with the aim of improving the academy-company relationship. Representatives from the 13 partner institutions, were present at the meeting held in Buenos Aires and Pilar cities campuses of Austral University, from 30th to 31st of October 2018.

The agenda included the presentation of the pilot experiences carried out in the Challenge Academy platform, to detect the strengths and weaknesses in the implementation of this tool designed to bring together companies, teachers and students.

Furthermore, the Latin American universities shared the main activities done during July-October 2018, in order to report the use of their Challenge Academy Rooms, the process of recruiting volunteers to provide support to the users of that space, the implementation of teachers’ workshops and the numbers of students, academics, staff, companies and other organizations reached by the project.

The members also worked on the preparation of an International Conference that will place in July 2019 at Javeriana University in Bogota, Colombia.

Universidad Austral was in charge of the Quality Plan presentation and explained the future responsibilities and dates for the evaluation of the next steps.

Partners from Latin America planned the activities from November 2018 to February 2019. In addition, staff from Universidad Nacional del Litoral gave a Communication Workshop to present the previous communication reports and create an agenda for the next six months.

As part of the event, the partners made a tour on the Pilar campus.

The coordination team from the Instituto Universitário de Lisboa informed that the next meeting will be held in March 2019 at Portugal.
